This patch will address the following issues:

• Fixed an issue where players could access the new Elemental Worlds without the Head Start access.
• Fixed an issue preventing some leaderboards from properly loading.
• Added Karma to the Gem Booster Box. Already opened a bunch? Never fear, next week we'll hand out some goodies.
• Adjusted flux cost to increase with rarity and cost the same amount at all levels. While this change will increase the total flux required to level gems, this will mostly impact early levels and higher rarities.
• Added the Head Start packs to the Welcome Screen.
