Greetings, Trovians!

If you are an avid Forum user who enjoys the dynamics and challenges of Trove's Community Forum, read on because this message is for you!

We are proud to have community members who proactively engage with players on our forum and provide help whenever they can. To keep the forum as the convivial, useful and supportive environment it is, we are in search of volunteer moderators who are experienced Trove forum users with an abundance of passion and time to assist us with our Forum moderation.

If you wish to join the upcoming Trove Moderators Team, please submit your application here. We are continuously striving to improve the level of dialogue between the company and community while simultaneously offering you recognition for being an active and engaged community member.

The application stage will be open from January 7th, and the Community Team will evaluate the submissions as they land in their mailboxes, and contact all the applicants that match the criteria for this position.

The tasks of a team member include (but are not limited to):

• Provide support to the CMs with forum moderation (report spam and unacceptable behavior, banning abusive members, answer posts).
• Assist forum members on in-game facts, frequently asked questions, contacting support, etc.
• Enforcing forum rules.
• Resolving player disputes.

Your profile

• Minimum age of 16 years old for Moderators (must be proven with ID).
• You are willing to invest at least 1-2 hours per day.
• You speak fluent English (speaking, writing, and comprehension)
• You know Trove very well (like the back of your hand!) and are aware of all the news.
• You have and should be able to display a lot of patience.
• You’re not afraid to ask for help.
• You are enthusiastic about the game, the community, and the tasks that await you.
• Significant experience in forum or Discord moderation is a plus.
