Fixed a bug that prevented players from receiving their free Marketplace slot and prevented credit being given to any accounts that referred them upon reaching Mastery Rank 20.
A few previously missing Claim rewards may show up for accounts in this state, and going forward new players will now see Claim messages for:

- Forum Access (Mastery Rank 2)
- Marketplace Access (MR 10)
- Trade Post Access (MR 10)
- Congratulations You're A Grown Up (MR 20)
