- updated the appearance of ticket tables
- default sorting now uses created date
- added an explanation of updated date* with a tooltip
- viewing tickets by category now only shows open tickets
- tickets by category is now displayed on the side underneath tickets by status
- added a few recent closed issues below the recent open issues

https://trovesaurus.com/probabilities now shows a 1 in x chance as well as the percentage, this should make stuff like 0.002% a bit more readable (1 in 50,000), thanks to <#118027756075220992> chat for the idea

- rewrote the recipe importer and did a fresh import, this should fix some issues of some recipes claiming the item created was collection/skin

- group owners can now download all files into a single zip (limited due to performance reasons atm), the files can then be used to create a mod

the patches link (found off the news tab), now takes you to a new page which splits patches by year similar to events, its a bit easier to find updates this way

fixed an issue with creations that have existed for a _while_, having a dungeon 1 or 3 star created no longer blocks you from creating a style or deco

- translation groups now only show on the main list if they have more than 4 translations, looks like folks were using this for the old mod config settings

Translations
- you can now edit the translation group name and language
- added a link to the translate page to the home page on the quick links section
- on the browse translations tab you can see when a translation was last updated
- on the view translation page you can see the recent changes, also added a dedicated page for recent changes
- the view sections list is now similar to the view files list
- reduced loading speed of the list of language files (when viewing a group) from 1.5s to 0.4s
- for language files with no translations remaining the badge colour is lighter, so you can notice ones that need doing easier
- removed 12 strings to translate because they were malformed and no longer included in the game
- the editors button is no longer clickable as the editors are displayed in the mod group header,
- the editors button text is now an icon and group owners can now click the pencil icon next to it to edit
- added a percent indicator to the translations count on the translation groups page

- you can now work in groups, translations are no longer tied to a single user
- translations can now be paginated so you dont have to scroll forever
- added tabs for translated / not translated
- changed the appearance of the translations list a little

- designers page now has a summary count for collections, items, deco styles and dungeons
