This is my build that i use on GS. IGN it isn't perfect but i'll add stuff about starting off as one too. Stellars are pretty cheap. 10k.

Lunar Lancer Subclass
Stat Priority
Notes: Each MF on the equipment can be replaced with CH if you don't have it maxed out (100%, nothing more is needed) If you have max CH. You can put HP% or MF. I went for MF
On the weapon, if you have alot of jumps through dragons/etc, change it out for MF. But i highly doubt it if you're looking at this build.
Same for the ring, Go for MD/MF if you have 100% CH, if not MD/CH. In my opinion, i don't think CD is worth on a ring. You get enough from gems and that little MF is very useful.
Ally and Flasks
Ally
- 300 Light
- 20.0% Magic Damage
Increases cooldown recovery speed by 25%.
If you don't have puck you can get Chronomancer Qubsley. Pretty much the same but no light stat. Puck is pretty easy to get.
Flask
This is pretty much the best flask setup, instead of death you can go bandoleer later on in the game when you got high health or delves. Not that usefull though. Death defying and go all dmg is better
Empowered Gems
These are all pretty much DMG gems, and it's all you need.
Stinging Curse
Dealing damage applies damage-over-time effects to enemies.
Overcharged Class Gem
Run and Gun now decreases your attack speed, but all shots fired are explosive dealing damage in an area of effect.
Explosive Epilogue
Killing enemies causes them to explode.

Berserk Battler Cosmic Gem
Damaging enemies causes a frenzied state, adding a small increase to attack speed and Light.
Continued damage to enemies extends the frenzied state until it causes a berserk state, greatly increasing attack speed and Light.
