Sorta Crazy - Chance during combat to transform and receive some power of the Lunar Lancer.
Stat Priority
Notes: Balance CD and PD
SH comes with 40% CH at lvl 30
A bit of MF is fine
Hat

Ring Notes: Mandatory PD and CD
Go with as much MS or MF you want
Stats are a go to even on crystal gear as they have 5 stats
Ally and Flasks
Personal preference go with what you see fit
Empowered Gems
For cosmic gem i think that everything exept flower power is good
Shadow Blitz Class Gem
Basic attack becomes a rapid-fire stream of arrows.
Mired Mojo
Taking damage has a chance to spawn a ring of snaring projectiles, reducing enemy Movement Speed.
This gem has a cooldown.
Cubic Curtain
Avoiding damage grants a protective shield, absorbing the next attack and stunning the attacker.
Empyrean Barrier Cosmic Gem
Periodically applies a shield that reduces incoming damage.
When the shield is destroyed it will explode, damaging nearby enemies.
This gem has a cooldown.
