Captain cold! I thought it'd be neat to put my own spin on it, focusing in on the whole 'ice pirate' vibe. And without his hood on, the captain's looking real mean...

My third bit of art! This one was a lot of fun to design and I definitely think I'm getting better at using Illustrator! Big thanks to Aino for the competition and costume ideas.
