I 100% agree with this... Thank you for stating this again, some people just didn't understand or were too stubborn to accept this was the reasoning for the game playing on 2 different versions.

it was applied, then it was likely used up when you gathered the 20 dragon coins for the quest... its hard to see, but it has an icon on the upper left of the screen, below your xp bar.

which part are you having trouble with? check to see you dont have any other loot collector mods installed that might be interfering with this mod. its not an add on like the favorite friends one, its a separate mod on its own

1 star dungeons count as 1 point, 3 stars count as 3 points... it needs around 16 points i believe to proc... same thing with every other tome.
