Replaces Scintilla, Spark of the Sky with Mixter the Dubstep Maestro

This is the 2.0 and final version of Mixter. I have made some small changes to the model itself and then added custom vfx for the different actions of the dragon.

This mod's colors are amazing, it's suprisingly nice to look at, but the wings feel flimsy as they don't look and feel like wings; But if you did something like making full wings and then adding speakers all over it or giving them a sharp look would go good, or both, but those are just suggestions, all around this is pretty good!

I do have a version with "normal" wings and not ones made of VFX. I think the like is supposed to be in the description and if not just look up Mixter in the mods section. Also thank you for your comment and criticism.
