We very much like having these items that are explicitly to support creators who keep the community engaged, informed, and entertained. The Streamer Dream codes will almost certainly return in the future, so the items they unlock won't be coming to Luxion for the foreseeable future.
There are going to be items that won't be available on demand for extended periods of time and we're okay with that.
Hey there, everyone.
It's probably best to just rip the Band-Aid off quickly: March 29, 2019 will be my last day as your Community Manager. An opportunity came along that I just couldn't pass up, so after doing some serious soul-searching, I decided to push fear aside and take a shot at something new.
Wow, so weird to write those words. I absolutely love this community and have been so lucky to be your CM since before launch. This definitely wasn't an easy decision, but I feel much better knowing that you're in very good hands going forward. Diniry, gedc, and the rest of the crew at gamigo US will be here to keep things running smoothly and to make sure the lines of communication stay open.
We've got an incredibly talented and passionate group of people here working hard every day to keep Trove going strong. I'm incredibly proud of my time here and can't wait for all of you to get more info on what's ahead.
I'll still be around in the community, playing and posting on the forums from my private account, so you never know when the rando in your ST group is this old bulldog.
I'll miss this community very much, but will see you all on the flip side, folks!
I followed up on this and we don't see a change to remove rumble during fishing. Testing it on the Xbox One earlier today, Phantasie confirmed rumble works when fishing (both when casting & when reeling in). We don't see anything on our side to indicate we had a rumble on fish bite in the past. Can you confirm rumble works generally for other games? We just wan tto confirm it's not an issue with rumble been generally disabled for your console.
We're bringing the Trove PTS offline for extended maintenance tomorrow, March 20, at 10 AM PDT (5PM UTC). This downtime will give us a chance to implement some infrastructure changes that we want to test out.
We anticipate downtime taking up to 24 hours, but this could shift one way or the other, based on too many factors to spell out.
Once we're back online we'll update this thread. Be sure to tell your friends to check out the PTS once we're back online so we can do some proper load testing.
Thanks very much!
While we'll keep digging into it, there is a workaround that we acknowledge isn't very convenient. You can access your Club UI to move channel up a slot. Probably not a great solution for someone with a chat on 1752, but just throwing that info out there for informational purposes.
I am very sorry you've run into this.
In the case of the Hub, this isn't so much about the keybind as it is about the way the Trove and Geode worlds are built. It's possible to make a change to force the default respawn or Hub key to take you from one world to the other, but that will require additional tech. There are no immediate plans to make this change, but we have seen the request and will discuss internally if we want to put this on a roadmap for the future. I'm not sure when we'll have any direct answer on whether this is something we're going to work on, but once a decision is made we'll be able to share info on that.
As it relates to the title of the thread, keep in mind that neither Boat nor Ship start with the letter G, yet G summons your boat/ship. Creating default keybinds is easy for the first few things, but eventually you run out of the most directly relevant letters and have to just do your best.
