The Blocky Bonus items were setup several months ago but we swapped the release schedule of two of the mounts (the hoverboard and the tractor). Before the patch it seems the hoverboard was visible for people unexpectedly. After the patch you should see the Power Plower mount available. The next Blocky Bonus item will be the hoverboard so that is coming around in about 6 weeks.
